for free?
Yes, you can use the locker for free if your
placement condition match the site free
collection conditions. If you would like to
use for free, please make sure you
understand and aware of the conditions.
2. How do I know if I have to pay for
using the locker?
You can check in our app to see if your
usage, it will display RM0.00 or Free if it's
still under the free coverage. It will also be
display during the time you collect the
parcel, this will be the accurate quote.
3. Can I store my parcel for longer
than the free period allowed?
Yes, you can store your parcel for longer
than that, but you will be charged for
overuse start from the end of the free
period permitted to the site.
4. How much will I be charged
for overuse?
The charges depending on how long the
overuse duration, it will be charged by
according to the locker compartment rate.
5. What happens if my package
doesn't fit in the locker?
Our lockers are designed to accommodate
most package sizes. However, if your package
does not fit in the locker, you can contact our
customer support team, and we will arrange
for a suitable solution.
6. How do I collect my parcel
from the locker?
To collect your parcel from the locker, you
will need to enter or scan the unique code
(Retrieve code). Follow the instructions
provided on the locker screen or mobile app
to retrieve your package.
