RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Please read these Term and Conditions carefully before using the services offered by NKJS TECH Sdn Bhd 202201036561 (1482258-K) ("the Company") or ("We", "Us", or "Our"), a company incorporated under the laws of Malaysia. These term set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our services as contained in https://ezlock.asia/("Website"), ("Mobile App") (collectively with the site and Mobile App referred to as (“Services”).
Return Eligibility
Users may request the return of their stored parcel if they are the original sender or recipient of the parcel and have valid proof of ownership or identification. Return requests must be made within the specified time frame, which is typically within the locker's designated storage period.
Return Authorization:
To initiate a return, users must contact EzLock's customer support or use the designated return feature within the EzLock mobile application. A return authorization process will be followed to verify the user's identity and ownership of the parcel.
Return Fees:
Depending on the circumstances and reason for the return, EzLock may impose return fees to cover handling and administrative costs. Return fees, if applicable, will be communicated to the user during the return authorization process.
Parcel Retrieval:
Users must retrieve their parcel from the designated locker within the agreed-upon timeframe after the return authorization is approved. Failure to retrieve the parcel promptly may result in additional charges or the parcel being considered abandoned.
Abandoned Parcels:
If a stored parcel is not retrieved within the specified timeframe or if the user fails to complete the return authorization process, the parcel may be considered abandoned. Abandoned parcels may be subject to disposal or other appropriate measures as determined by EzLock.
Refunds and Compensation:
In the event of any issues or discrepancies related to returns, EzLock will review the situation and, if appropriate, provide refunds or compensation as deemed necessary.
NO WAIVER
The failure to exercise or delay in exercising a right or remedy provided hereunder or by law does not constitute a waiver of the right or remedy or waiver of other right or remedies.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysia laws and the parties irrecoverably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysia courts.
SPECIAL TERMS
These Terms and Conditions are not intended to nor shall create any rights, entitlements, claims or benefits enforceable by any person that is not a party to them. No person shall derive any benefit or have any right, entitlement or claim in relation to this Term and Conditions.
CHANGES TO THE TERM AND CONDITIONS
We reserves the right to update these term and conditions at any time and any changes may be made without prior notice to you. We recommend you to read this Terms and Conditions periodically. By continuing to access or use of our services after those revisions or changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
