Step 1: The user places an online order with the their Account delivery code at setup at delivery address.
Step 2: The courier delivers the parcel to our Ezlock Parcel Locker, and store the parcel with the user's account delivery code.
Step 3: The user will be notified that his/her parcel is ready for pickup.
Step 4: The user will collect the parcel from the locker by using the Ezlock app to collect with retrieve code or QR code.
