TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to your use of the EzLock mobile application and other related online and offline platforms (“EzLock”), as well as to all information, recommendations and/or Services (defined below) provided to you by means of your use of EzLock. EzLock is powered and provided by NKJS TECH SDN. BHD. 202201036561 (1482258-K). (collectively, “we”, “us”, “our” and the “Company”). Please review these terms and conditions carefully. By using EzLock or the Services, you acknowledge and agree that these terms and conditions and our privacy policy are binding on you. For more information on how we will use your personal data, please see our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy, do not install the EzLock mobile application, delete it and do not use EzLock or the Services.

Definitions and Interpretation

a. In these terms and conditions, the following definitions and rules of interpretation apply unless otherwise defined or the context requires otherwise: “Advertisement” means any promotion messages and information that may appear on your mobile device during the operation of the App; “Participating Providers” means the drivers or vehicle operators whose transport and logistics services are offered and may be requested through the use of EzLock; “Services” means any and all services provided by us to you by means of your use of EzLock, which include the services described in clause 3(a); “MYR” means Malaysia Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia Ringgit; “App” means the “EzLock” mobile application supplied by us and downloaded and installed by you on your mobile device through which you may obtain the Services; and “Terms” means these terms and conditions, which may be amended and supplemented by us from time to time in accordance with clause 10.
b. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter and vice versa.
c. A reference to a person, corporation, trust, partnership, unincorporated body or other entity includes any of them.

ACCOUNT

In order to access and use the Services, you must create an account with EzLock (the "Account"). You agree to provide accurate, latest and complete information when creating the Account; maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, complete, and up to date; maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your Account and your computer, tablet, or mobile device; promptly notify EzLock if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the App or your Account; and take responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

You must provide us with a valid mobile number as your user ID to create the Account. You agree to keep your email address and/or mobile number on the file with us updated. You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS and/or emails by sending a withdrawal notice to us, understanding that we may suspend or terminate your ability to use the Services. You understand and agree that if we send you an electronic communication but you do not receive it because your email address and/or mobile number on file is incorrect or out of date, or because our email and/or SMS is blocked by your service provider or intercepted by your spam filter, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic communications, we will be deemed to have provided the communication to you regardless.

EzLock Agent

In order to access and use the Services, you must create an account with EzLock (the "Agent Account"). You agree to
- provide accurate, latest and complete information when creating the Account
- Be responsible
- Protect the user's privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- take responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

You must obtain permission from the user before placing the parcel in the EzLock locker.
You must ensure that you have followed all of the instructions and procedures for placing the parcels.
If we find user complaints, you have three chances to fail to deliver. We will then suspend your withdrawal for 30 days.

KNOW-YOUR-CUSTOMER (KYC)

With registration of an Account in EzLock , you agree to share your personal information requested for the purposes of identity verification. This information is used specifically for the detection of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and other financial crimes on EzLock . We will collect, use and share this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection Act 2010. In addition to providing this information, to facilitate compliance with global industry standards for data retention, you agree to permit us to keep a record of such information for the lifetime of your account plus 5 years beyond account closing. You also authorize us to make inquiries, either directly or through third parties, that are deemed necessary to verify your identity or to protect you and/or us against financial crimes such as fraud. The identity verification information we request may include, but is not limited to, your: Name, Email Address, Contact Information, Telephone Number, Username, Government Issued ID, Date of Birth and other information collected at the time of account registration. In providing this required information, you confirm that it is accurate and authentic. Post-registration, you must guarantee that the information is truthful, complete and updated in a timely manner with any changes. If there is any reasonable doubt that any information provided by you is wrong, untruthful, outdated or incomplete, we shall have the right to send you a notice to demand corrections, remove relevant information directly and, as the case may be, terminate all or part of the Services to you. You shall be solely and fully responsible for any loss or expenses incurred during the use of the Services if you cannot be reached through the contact information provided. You hereby acknowledge and agree that you have the obligation to keep all information provided up to date if there are any changes.

License of App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install one copy of the App on your mobile device and to run such copy of the App solely for your own personal use. Your use of EzLock grants you no rights in relation to our intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright, trade marks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text or rights in and to the App and applications) or the intellectual property of our retail or advertising partners, other than the non-transferable, personal right to use and receive the Services in accordance with these Terms. You must not (i) license, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Services or the App in any way; (ii) modify or make derivative works based upon the Services or App; (iii) create Internet “links” to the Services or “frame” or “mirror” any App on any other server or wireless or Internet-based device; (iv) reverse engineer or access the App in order to (1) design or build a competitive product or service, (2) design or build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Services or App, or (3) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the Services or App, or (v) launch an automated program or script, including, but not limited to, web spiders, web crawlers, web robots, web ants, web indexers, bots, viruses or worms, or any program which may make multiple server requests per second, or unduly burdens or hinders the operation and/or performance of the Services or App.

RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

EzLock provides an execution-only service and does not advise on the merits of any particular transactions or their tax consequences. As a general matter, Users should be aware of the following prior to utilizing our Services. You are responsible for complying with applicable law. You agree that we are not responsible for determining whether or which laws may apply to your transactions, including tax law. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Services. While EzLock takes every precaution to ensure the security and safety of parcels stored in our lockers, it is essential to acknowledge that no system is entirely invulnerable. There is a minimal inherent risk of parcels being subject to theft, loss, or damage. Users are advised to exercise caution and avoid storing extremely valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items in the lockers. You are aware of and accept the risk of operational challenges. EzLock may experience sophisticated cyber-attacks, unexpected surges in activity, or other operational or technical difficulties that may cause interruptions in the Service. You understand that the Services may experience operational issues that lead to delays on our platform. You agree to accept the risk of transaction failure resulting from unanticipated or heightened technical difficulties, including those resulting from sophisticated attacks. You agree not to hold us accountable for any related losses. If at any point EzLock or its representatives do provide recommendations, market commentary, or any other information, the act of doing so is incidental to your relationship with us and imposes no obligation of truth or due diligence on behalf of EzLock IOT or EzLock or its representatives. EzLock is a regulated entity and must comply with applicable law. Applicable law, regulation, and executive orders may require EzLock to, upon request by government agencies, freeze withdrawals or trading (or both), or provide information regarding your Account. Further, our record keeping and customer verification procedures are subject to change at any time as required by law or industry practices. We must comply with the law and you accept any inconveniences to you or other consequences resulting from our compliance.

Charges and Payment

The App is available for general use at no charge. For information regarding the cost of Overuse Charges, please consult the most recent pricing guidelines provided on the App, which may be subject to occasional amendments and updates at our sole discretion without prior notice. By using EzLock, you agree to make full payment directly for any incurred Overuse Charges. Links and Advertisements EzLock may contain Advertisements and links to third party websites. We shall not be responsible for the contents and accuracy of any Advertisement. Any links to third party websites are provided solely for your convenience and not in any way as an endorsement by us of the contents on such third party websites. If you access any linked third party website or Advertisement, you do so entirely at your own risk. We shall not be responsible for any transactions between you and any advertisers or third party website operators. Indemnification By accepting these Terms and using EzLock or the Services, you agree that you shall defend, indemnify and hold us, our affiliates, our license, and each of our and their respective officers, directors, other users, employees, attorneys and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your violation or breach of any term of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation, whether or not referenced herein; (b) your violation of any rights of any third party, including Participating Providers arranged via EzLock , or (c) your use or misuse of EzLock or the Services.

Disclaimers

The App is provided to you on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee that the App is compatible with your mobile device or that (the contents of) the App and our website are free of errors, defects, malware and viruses or that the App and our website are correct, up to date and accurate.

General Use: EzLock Parcel Locker ("EzLock") is intended for general use, providing secure storage for parcels and packages. While we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the locker due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or maintenance.

Content Responsibility: EzLock is a platform for parcel storage, and we do not take responsibility for the content, condition, or legality of the parcels stored in the locker. Users are solely responsible for the items they store, and any liability arising from the stored items lies with the user.

Overuse Charges: The use of EzLock is generally free, but Overuse Charges may apply for extended storage beyond the specified time limit. Please refer to the latest pricing guidelines for the applicable charges, which are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.

Parcel Security: While we implement robust security measures, the security of parcels stored in EzLock is not completely invulnerable. Users are advised to use their judgment and take necessary precautions when storing valuable or sensitive items in the locker.

Locker Availability: We endeavor to maintain a sufficient number of operational lockers at various locations. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a locker at a specific location, especially during peak times or in high-demand areas.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring the proper closure of the locker door after use and ensuring that the locker is not used for prohibited items or illegal activities. Any misuse of the locker will be subject to appropriate legal action.In case of lost items inside the Service during the placement, we will use reasonable endeavours to liaise with the relevant person to locate such items but in no event shall we be responsible or liable for the loss of, or damage to, any such items. EzLock shall not be held liable for any misplacement of parcels resulting from inaccurate or incorrect phone numbers or account delivery codes provided by the delivery rideror locker recipient. Both parties must exercise due diligence to prevent errors that may lead to such misplacements, and it is the responsibility of the delivery rider to verify and enter the correct information during the delivery process.

Damage or Loss: In the event of damage, loss, or theft of stored items, EzLock and its affiliates shall not be held liable, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the EzLock service, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. Such actions may be taken for maintenance purposes, technical improvements, or any other reason.

Personal Data: We value your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. By using EzLock, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in the privacy policy.

Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold EzLock and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the service or any violation of these terms and conditions.

The use of EzLock and the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from or in connection with the use or inability to use EzLock or the Services (including any consequential, indirect, incidental damages or any loss of profit or damages to your mobile device). Without prejudice to the foregoing and insofar as permitted under applicable law, our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of RM200.

The use of EzLock and the Services to place food or beverages is prohibited.

Illegal Item Storage Disclaimer:

EzLock Parcel Locker ("EzLock") strictly prohibits the storage of illegal or prohibited items within its lockers. Users are strictly forbidden from using the service to store any items that violate local, state, national, or international laws, regulations, or restrictions. The following is a non-exhaustive list of items that are strictly prohibited from being stored in EzLock:
- Illegal Substances: Any illicit drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or any other substances prohibited by law.
- Weapons: Firearms, explosives, ammunition, or any other dangerous weapons or items that can cause harm.
- Stolen Goods: Items known or suspected to be stolen or obtained through illegal means.
- Counterfeit Items: Goods that are counterfeit, fraudulent, or unauthorized for distribution.
- Hazardous Materials: Any items classified as hazardous, toxic, or flammable by relevant authorities.
- Biohazards: Biological or medical waste, infectious materials, or any items posing a health risk.
- Animals or Pets: Living beings, including animals and pets, are strictly prohibited from being stored in EzLock.
- Explosives and Incendiary Devices: Fireworks, flares, or any items that can cause explosions or fires.
- Adult Content: Pornographic material or any sexually explicit content.
- Contraband: Any goods or materials deemed illegal or unauthorized for storage by relevant authorities.

Users found to be in violation of this illegal item storage disclaimer may face legal consequences and immediate termination of their access to EzLock's services. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating and handling any instances of illegal item storage.

By using EzLock, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this illegal item storage disclaimer. Users are solely responsible for the contents of the parcels they store, and any violation of this policy will be at their own risk and liability.

EzLock reserves the right to inspect the contents of any parcel stored within its lockers and take appropriate action if illegal or prohibited items are discovered. We encourage users to report any suspicious or unauthorized items they come across in the lockers for immediate attention and action.

Personal data and privacy

At EzLock Parcel Locker ("EzLock"), we recognize the utmost importance of personal data and privacy in providing a safe and secure service to our users. As a user-centric platform, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of data protection to ensure that your personal information remains confidential and safeguarded. This elaboration highlights key aspects of how we handle personal data and prioritize privacy within the context of EzLock Parcel Locker:

1. Data Collection and Usage: We collect a limited set of personal data necessary to provide our parcel locker services effectively. This may include your name, contact information, and location details to facilitate the process of delivering parcels securely to your designated locker. Additionally, we may collect usage data to improve our services and enhance user experience. It is important to note that we only use your personal data for the specific purposes for which it was collected and seek your consent whenever required by applicable data protection laws.
2. Confidentiality and Security: We treat all personal data with the highest level of confidentiality and implement robust security measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. Our data security protocols involve encryption, secure storage, and restricted access to personal data, limiting it only to authorized personnel who need it for specific purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers: In certain instances, we may engage third-party service providers to support our operations and enhance our service offerings. These service providers are carefully selected and held to strict contractual agreements to ensure that they adhere to data protection regulations and maintain the same level of data security and privacy as EzLock.
4. User Control and Transparency: EzLock is committed to providing users with transparency and control over their personal data. Through our privacy policy and terms of service, users can easily access information about the types of data we collect, how it is used, and their rights regarding data privacy. We also strive to make privacy settings clear and easy to manage within the EzLock mobile application.
5. Limited Data Retention: We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Once data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it to further protect your privacy.
6. Illegal Item Monitoring: To uphold the safety and integrity of our service, EzLock may conduct periodic checks to ensure that no illegal or prohibited items are stored within our lockers. However, these checks are solely focused on identifying prohibited content, and we respect the privacy of all other users' stored parcels.
7. Compliance with Data Protection Laws: EzLock adheres to all applicable data protection laws and regulations, and we continuously update our practices to remain in compliance with evolving standards. Our commitment to privacy extends beyond local regulations, and we strive to apply stringent privacy principles globally.
8. Incident Response and Transparency: In the unfortunate event of a data breach or security incident, EzLock will promptly notify affected users, regulatory authorities, and any other relevant parties, providing transparent and timely communication to address the situation and mitigate potential risks.

EzLock's dedication to personal data protection and privacy is rooted in the belief that user trust and data security are essential for fostering positive and long-lasting relationships with our valued users. We invite all users to review our comprehensive privacy policy to gain a deeper understanding of how we handle personal data and prioritize privacy within the EzLock Parcel Locker platform.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING AND COUNTER-TERRORIST FINANCING

We are committed to providing safe, compliant, and reputable services to identify, detect, prevent, and report on money laundering, terrorist financing, and other improper activities under applicable AML Laws, CTF Laws, Anti-Corruption Laws, and Economic Sanctions Laws (the “applicable Laws”). Accordingly, we insist on a comprehensive and thorough user due diligence process implementation and ongoing analysis and reporting. By agreeing to these Terms, you shall affirmatively certify that you are not a Prohibited Person and are not utilizing the Account for the benefit of a Prohibited Person, and must provide promptly all information requested and necessary to satisfy due diligence requirements and obligations pursuant to the applicable Laws and the compliance policies or procedures of EzLock IOT or any of its affiliates and its associates. Additionally, we may assess whether you will make, or intend to make, a deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of fiat or tokens to, from, or through a U.S. Financial Institution, and if applicable, you must provide all information requested and necessary to satisfy due diligence requirements and obligations pursuant to the applicable Laws and the compliance policies or procedures of EzLock IOT. You agree to provide promptly any documentation, information, or records requested by us at any time, including, but not limited to, a self-certification permitting the determination of tax residence and status Tax Information Exchange Laws. Such information may include, but is not limited to, self-certifications as to beneficial ownership and control. We need to retain certain information, documentation, and records on file pursuant to the applicable Laws and its contractual relationships, and we hereby expressly reserve the right to keep such information, documentation, and records. Additionally, we monitor for and assess suspicious or sanctionable transactions under the applicable Laws, as well as undertakes mandatory reporting to FinCEN, OFAC, FIA, and international regulators. These undertakings shall apply even when you suspend or terminate your relationship with EzLock or abandon your application to have an Account. Our policies apply to any and all transactions on or through EzLock or by any of you, your affiliates, of any of our affiliates and associates. We reserve the right to bar transactions from or to, to undertake enhanced due diligence, or to suspend or terminate the administration of the Services, or the creation or administration of any Account for or with, any User for any reason (or for no reason) at any time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of these Terms, subject to any limitations imposed by the applicable Laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this includes, but is not limited to, any transfer, transaction, business, or dealing with a: (i) Sanctioned Person; (ii) Prohibited Jurisdiction or a citizen or resident of, Government or Government Official of, or Person in or subject to jurisdiction of, any Prohibited Jurisdiction; (iii) U.S. Person; (iv) Person from or in any jurisdiction that does not meet international AML–CTF standards (including any jurisdiction identified by the FATF as high-risk, non-cooperative, or strategically deficient jurisdictions, including, but not limited to, Botswana, Cambodia, Ethiopia, Ghana, Pakistan, Serbia, Sri Lanka, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia and Yemen); (v) Person that is a Government Official or Politically Exposed Person within the meaning of the FATF’s 40 Recommendations; (vi) Person that presents a risk of any exposure to penalties, sanctions, or other liabilities under AML Laws, CTF Laws, Anti-Corruption Laws, Economic Sanctions Laws, or tax Laws that may apply; (vii) Person that we determine is acting in the United States or Territory or Insular Possession of the United States (whether or not by, to, through, or from a U.S. Financial Institution) in violation of, causing any other Person, including, but not limited to, any of the affiliates and associates, to violate, attempting or conspiring to violate, or evading or circumventing these Terms or the applicable Laws; and (viii) Person that fails to meet any user due diligence standards, requests, or requirements of EzLock , or otherwise appears to be of high risk, including, but not limited to, any of the foregoing factors. In lieu of refusing registration, access or ongoing administration of your Account, we may, in its sole discretion, perform enhanced due diligence procedures. At all times, you may be subject to enhanced due diligence procedures in your use of EzLock and any Service. If you decline to provide requested due diligence information or otherwise do not reply timely or substantively with the documentation or data requested, we have the absolute discretion to suspend or terminate the Services to you immediately.

NO TRANSFERABILITY

The principle of "No Transferability" for EzLock Parcel Locker Service signifies that the rights and privileges associated with using the EzLock service are exclusive to the individual user or account holder and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared with others. This policy is fundamental to maintaining the integrity and security of the service and protecting the privacy of each user's stored parcels and personal data.

1. Individual Accountability: The "No Transferability" policy ensures that each user is solely responsible for their own actions and usage of the EzLock service. By prohibiting the transfer of accounts or access to others, it establishes clear accountability for any activities performed within the service.
2. Data Privacy and Security: EzLock is committed to safeguarding the personal data of its users. By disallowing transferability, we prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information and protect users from potential breaches or misuse of their data.
3. Parcel Ownership and Responsibility: When a user stores a parcel in an EzLock locker, they retain ownership and responsibility for its contents. The "No Transferability" policy ensures that only the original user can access, retrieve, or manage the stored parcel, preventing any unauthorized third-party access.
4. Preventing Unauthorized Usage: Transferability could lead to unauthorized usage of the service by individuals who are not account holders. By enforcing the "No Transferability" policy, EzLock mitigates the risk of unauthorized parcel storage, misuse, or any potential illegal activities.
5. Complying with Terms and Conditions: The "No Transferability" policy is typically outlined in the terms and conditions that users agree to when signing up for the EzLock service. By adhering to this policy, users demonstrate their understanding and acceptance of the terms of use.
6. Ensuring Fair Access: By limiting access to the original account holder, the "No Transferability" policy ensures fair and equal access to the service for all users, preventing any form of account sharing that might otherwise compromise the service's availability.
7. Protecting Service Integrity: By maintaining control over individual accounts, EzLock can better monitor and address any issues, such as suspicious activities or improper usage, ensuring the overall integrity and reliability of the service.
8. User Experience: The "No Transferability" policy contributes to a positive user experience by ensuring that each user's interactions and preferences within the service are tailored to their needs and expectations.

In summary, the "No Transferability" policy is a critical component of EzLock's commitment to data privacy, security, and user accountability. By adhering to this policy, EzLock seeks to provide a secure and seamless parcel locker service while upholding the trust and confidence of its users.

PERMANENT WITHDRAWAL OF SERVICE

We may (a) suspend or terminate your access to the Services, and (b) deactivate or cancel your Account as required by a valid subpoena or court order, or if we suspect you or others of using your Account in furtherance of illegal activity. You will be permitted to transfer balance associated with your Account for ninety (90) days after Account deactivation or cancellation unless such transfer is otherwise prohibited (i) under the law, or (ii) by a valid subpoena or court order.

If any transaction is in a pending state at the time your Account is cancelled or suspended, such transaction may be cancelled and/or refunded as appropriate.

You may not cancel your Account if we believe in its sole discretion that such cancellation is being performed in an effort to evade an investigation or avoid paying any amounts otherwise due to EzLock .

Upon cancellation of your Account, you authorize us to cancel or suspend pending transactions and, after providing electronic notice to you, return the balance associated with such transactions to the bank account you provide to us.

In the event that you or we terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, or deactivates or cancels your Account, you will remain liable for all amounts due hereunder.

In the event that a technical problem causes system outage or Account errors, we may temporarily suspend access to your Account until the problem is resolved.

Miscellaneous

Locker Availability: While we strive to maintain a sufficient number of operational lockers at various locations, locker availability is subject to demand and usage patterns. During peak times or in high-demand areas, lockers may be occupied, and users are encouraged to check nearby locations or wait for available lockers.

Parcel Size and Weight Limitations: EzLock lockers have specific size and weight limitations for parcels. Users should ensure that their parcels fit within the designated dimensions and weight restrictions to ensure successful storage

Usage Restrictions: The EzLock Parcel Locker service is intended solely for the secure storage of parcels and packages. Any unauthorized use or misuse of the lockers, including storage of illegal items, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limited Parcel Storage Time: To ensure fair usage and optimal locker availability, parcels are typically stored in EzLock for a limited time. Users are encouraged to retrieve their parcels promptly to avoid incurring overuse charges.

Overuse Charges: Extended storage beyond the specified time limit may result in Overuse Charges. Users should review the latest pricing guidelines to be aware of applicable charges, which are subject to change at the company's discretion.

Communication Preferences: By using EzLock, users may receive important notifications, updates, and promotional messages related to the service. Users can manage their communication preferences within the app settings.

Maintenance and Downtime: To ensure the quality and functionality of our service, we may occasionally conduct maintenance and upgrades. During such periods, locker access may be temporarily restricted. We strive to minimize downtime and provide advance notice when possible.

Feedback and Support: We value user feedback and are committed to continuously improving the EzLock Parcel Locker service. Users are encouraged to share their experiences and reach out to customer support for assistance or inquiries.

As these balances represent points for locker usage and not monetary funds, they cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred to another user or account. It is the user's responsibility to manage their balance effectively and ensure its usage within the EzLock platform for accessing locker services. Any attempt to convert or misuse these non-refundable balances for purposes other than locker usage is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination. By agreeing to these terms, users acknowledge and accept that the non-refundable balance is solely for the purpose of accessing locker services provided by EzLock. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not continue to sign up for an account or use our service.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring the proper closure of the locker door after use and abiding by all terms and conditions of service. Any misuse or violation of the service's guidelines may result in account suspension or termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Both you and us agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia as regards any dispute or matter arising under these Terms.
